Dr. Sonya Saadati D.O. is the founder of Rejuvenation and Restoration Medicine (R&R Medicine). She is a Board Certified Family Physician by the American Board of Family Medicine, Fellowship trained in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), a Board Certified Osteopathic physician and is currently working on her board certification in Addiction Medicine. She has gone through, and continues to go through, specialized training for in-office cosmetic procedures that she has been performing for a number of years now. She has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and put herself through school working as a personal fitness trainer and Track and Field coach. Her strong commitment to actual true health and fitness has guided her into creating this Integrative practice.
Dr. Sonya specializes in treating both men and women with bio-identical hormone replacement, using a functional medicine approach to treating and preventing chronic disease, healthy weight management, prescription exercise programs, and therapies to reverse the symptoms of aging and enhance overall wellness.
Her goal is to promote health, beauty and vitality from the inside out for her patients by focusing on patient individuality and encouraging patients to become partners in achieving their own health and wellness goals.
Brad Barnett serves as our ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Assistant Practice Manager. He is a graduate of Virginia Intermont College, where he earned Bachelors Degrees in both Business and Sports Management, as well as being a member of the Collegiate baseball team. Prior to working for R&R Medicine, Brad worked in banking for 10 years as well as coaching various sports teams at the High School level. Brad is also a nationally qualified NPC Men’s Physique competitor. He is dedicated to training and helping people achieve goals. He enjoys training all levels of client from teenage athletes to elderly clients needing help with strength and balance and everyone in between.
